Email our customer service team within 14 days of receipt with your order number and a brief description of the issue regarding your coffee, tea, or accessories.
Quality Assessment
For perishable items like roasted coffee beans, please provide the batch number or photos of the packaging so our master roasters can investigate any quality concerns.
Secure Packaging
If returning non-perishable hardware or gifts, ensure items are unused and in their original packaging to prevent damage during the return transit.
Refund or Replacement
Once your request is processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or dispatch a fresh replacement batch immediately.
